OC7 is the Google Workspace authorization surface used by ODIN and operated by Buckner Intelligence Group. OC7 is currently used as an operator-facing integration to connect an authorized Google account to requested ODIN workflows.
Google user data OC7 may access
Depending on the permissions granted through Google's OAuth consent flow, OC7 may access supported data from the following Google Workspace services:
- Gmail: message metadata, message content, labels, and related mailbox information needed for authorized search, retrieval, triage, and briefing workflows.
- Google Calendar: calendars, events, event details, and related metadata needed for authorized scheduling and context workflows.
- Google Contacts: contact names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and related contact metadata needed for authorized relationship and communication workflows.
- Google Drive: file and folder metadata and supported file content needed for authorized retrieval and file workflows.
- Google Docs: document content and metadata needed for authorized document workflows.
- Google Sheets: spreadsheet content and metadata needed for authorized spreadsheet workflows.
How Google user data is used
OC7 uses Google user data only to provide or improve operator-requested ODIN features. Examples include retrieving relevant email or calendar context, locating documents, supporting briefings and research, reconciling contacts, and carrying out an explicitly authorized Google Workspace action.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build unrelated user profiles. Buckner Intelligence Group does not use Google user data to train generalized machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models.
AI and service-provider processing
When an operator-requested ODIN feature requires reasoning, summarization, extraction, or other processing, selected Google user data may be transmitted to infrastructure or AI-processing service providers acting on Buckner Intelligence Group's behalf. Such processing is limited to delivering the requested feature and is not authorized for advertising or independent profiling by Buckner Intelligence Group.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are stored in restricted system credential storage. Google user data may be processed in memory, temporarily cached, or, when required for continuity, auditability, or a requested workflow, represented in governed ODIN operational records or derived summaries.
OC7 is designed to retain only the information reasonably needed for the applicable workflow, operational continuity, security, or audit record. Retention can vary by data type and workflow. Revoking Google authorization stops future API access but does not automatically delete previously created ODIN records or user-requested outputs.
Sharing and disclosure
Google user data is not sold. It may be disclosed only:
- to service providers acting on Buckner Intelligence Group's behalf when necessary to provide the requested feature;
- to the authorized operator or another recipient the operator explicitly directs the system to use;
- when reasonably necessary to investigate security or abuse; or
- when required by applicable law.
Google API Limited Use
OC7's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security
Buckner Intelligence Group uses restricted credential storage, access controls, bounded runtime permissions, and operational verification to reduce unauthorized access to Google user data. No security control can eliminate all risk, and access may be revoked if a credential, system, or authorization boundary cannot be trusted.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can revoke OC7's access to your Google account through your Google Account security and third-party access controls. You may also request deletion of Google-derived data held by Buckner Intelligence Group by contacting caden@bucknerintelligence.com. Requests will be handled subject to legitimate security, legal, and audit-retention requirements.
Changes to this policy
If OC7 materially changes how it accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data, this policy will be updated before the new practice is used where required, and additional consent will be obtained when applicable.
